Beach clean-up day

Big thanks to Jane Alloway for leading the charge for the Nelson Surf Life Saving Club at the Annual Tahunanui Beach Holiday Park clean-up day.

Many hands make light work. A saying that was well demonstrated by the great turn-out on the day. Amazing how much rubbish accumulates, and was collected. I believe our surf team won the prize for the largest piece of rubbish….who leaves a fridge at the beach? Lucky we had the ATV on hand to bring it in.

So great that this local institution (Tahuna Holiday Park) steps up every year to give back to this amazing asset we all enjoy.
