Come along and learn about all the opportunities in our club – from juniors and lifeguards to competition, beach fun, and associate membership.
Our awesome lifeguards will be there to share their knowledge. Everyone is welcome!

ROOKIE LIFEGUARD PROGRAMME - 13 yr olds
Are you 13 and dreaming of becoming a surf lifeguard? The Rookie Lifeguard Programme is the perfect first step!
Designed especially for 13-year-old junior members, this programme introduces you to the practical skills of surf lifesaving and helps you prepare for becoming a qualified lifeguard next season.
You'll work alongside senior lifeguards, build confidence in the water, and become part of our amazing lifeguard team.

Pre-requisites:
Be 13 years of age by 1st October
Be able to swim 200m in a pool in under 4 minutes 30 seconds
